Journey back in time as your Guide shares tales of times gone by. Be transported back to 15th century Ireland with stories of the legendary Ross Castle, the last stronghold of the O’Donoghue Chieftains, and its tragic fall to the Cromwellian Army on their conquest of Ireland.

Take the opportunity to capture those special holiday moments as your Guide pauses at some of Killarney’s most dramatic scenic locations before reaching the shores of Ross Castle where you can avail of a stroll around the grounds and enjoy breath-taking views across Lough Léin, the largest of Killarney’s three Lakes.

Hop back on board for the short ride though the tree-lined avenue of Ross Road to Killarney’s local Taproom on Muckross Road. Lovely We did this tour in the evening and had James as our guide. I think the evening was the perfect time, the sunset was perfect. Our horse was Crystal and she was doing a great job. Then we went to the brewery after and had some really good pizza and a pint

Nice Lake Tour Killarney Nice lake tour by covered boat. Comfortable bench seats, nice staff, good 1 hour cruise around the lakes, leaving from Ross Castle. Commentary by the captain, slows to see major features.Well worth a trip if the weather is good, otherwise scenery is limited.

Very enjoyable, happy to recommend... We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Calvin (our driver) expertly keeping his horse, Judy, in line. The insight provided during the very convivial conversation was perfect. It's a great way to experience the beauty of the National Park. The Craft Beer and Pizza that was included in the fare was also excellent. All in all, well worth recommending.

Amazing ride followed by fabulous pizza!! The Jaunting Car Tour was a lovely, relaxing ride through the Park. Our driver, Johnny, was very entertaining and knowledgeable of the area. Were dropped off at the Craft Brewery afterwards for the BEST Pizza I've had in a long time (Craft Beer was great too!))

Lovely tour. Beautiful horses take you up through the park to the castle. Short stop at the castle to take photos and then back on the horse. We had the pleasure of the talented young Morris singing an Irish song on the way back. A must do in Killarney
