Great tour with Paul and Ruby! Really enjoyed the jaunting tour and afternoon tea. Paul (driver) was excellent and provided background to the area with the whittiness only a seasoned driver could provide. Ross castle and surrounding lake is lovely. The visit at Ross castle is just enough time for a picture, visit to the loo and a drink. The afternoon tea was excellent. It’s a beautiful hotel and it’s a formal tea with casual dress code. They have to go boxes for a reason, it’s a lot of food. This is a gorgeous area and nice town (geared towards tourism). After the tea it’s a nice walk to the next spot. It was a worthwhile excursion.

The customer service to help me plan my family’s experience was such a blessing. Louise made the suggestion of how to arrange our boat tour, jaunting cart ride and high tea and then made the reservations. My family enjoyed our time in the jaunting car with James and Debbie. We loved our time. And high tea at the Great Southern was fantastic!!

Very enjoyable, happy to recommend... We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Calvin (our driver) expertly keeping his horse, Judy, in line. The insight provided during the very convivial conversation was perfect. It's a great way to experience the beauty of the National Park. The Craft Beer and Pizza that was included in the fare was also excellent. All in all, well worth recommending.

Amazing ride followed by fabulous pizza!! The Jaunting Car Tour was a lovely, relaxing ride through the Park. Our driver, Johnny, was very entertaining and knowledgeable of the area. Were dropped off at the Craft Brewery afterwards for the BEST Pizza I've had in a long time (Craft Beer was great too!))

Phenomenal Experience My daughter and I had the most beautiful experience with the horse carriage ride and the afternoon tea at the Great Killarney Hotel after that. Our charriottier Owen was a local from Killarney, super friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the area and buildings. He took us through the park and we got to see so many deer that were in the creek drinking water. The drive though the national park was breathtaking. We had 15 minute stop at the Ross castle and that was a beautiful experience on its own. When we got back to the hotel, the tea table was all set up for us, such an exquisite experience. I wish we had something like that in the US. Besides the amazing teas, jams, jellies and Guiness stout bread, we were served mimosas and then, oh my goodness, each one of us was given this most beautiful three-tier arrangement with tea sandwiches, pastries, scones, desserts and fresh fruit. The most beautiful exquisite arrangement and super delicious. Our hostess was so sweet and attentive. I am truly grateful for this whole experience.

We apparently got a dud. We could hear the drivers in the carts in front and behind us regaling their passengers with stories and jokes. Our driver said basically nothing the whole time. I asked a couple of questions, which he briefly and politely answered, and the back to silence. Another passenger looked at me and said, “we got in the wrong wagon.” The 15 minute visit to Ross Castle grounds was short but ok. Overall it was a big disappointment.

We had a great experience on our Jaunting Tour and Afternoon Tea. Our Guide Louis was a sixth generation jarvey guide and was so personable and knowledgeable. Our horse was Megan and she was sweet. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a fun ride through the park, and seeing Ross Castle was cool. Honestly, I think my favorite part was learning more about the horses and from everything I learned, they're well taken care of, and even learned after they retire they go to live/work at a school for special needs/ therapy. The afternoon tea at the beautiful Great Southern Hotel was fantastic! Martina was our server and she was so sweet and the food was delish! I highly recommend adding the afternoon tea-- just make sure you're hungry, because there is so much!

Great experience, very good value Would highly recommend the tour, our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. You could tell he really cared for Judy our horse and took care to see she was happy. The jaunt was very pleasant and the scenery stunningly beautiful. The hotel The Great Southern is very beautiful and the staff were attentive and welcoming. Tea was extremely generous, and full of tasty bits that I'm sure would be something for everyone. Such generous portions in fact, that we had to take some back to our hotel for later!
